According to MTB-News,
the course is located on a hill in the San Gabriel Valley, just a few steps from the Pacific Palms Resort. It is designed to be exciting, with drops, jumps, technical terrain, and spectator areas close to the action, aiming to provide an engaging event for participants and spectators alike. The planned lap is about 4 to 6 kilometers long. The layout is intended to be ‘twisty,’ full of curves and rhythm changes. Short, sharp climbs alternate with fast descents – without long climbing sections, but with constant ups and downs. With elevations between 170 and 230 meters above sea level, the terrain offers the kind of profile that promises exciting and intense races.

The date is not yet official. The Olympic Games will take place from July 14 to 30, 2028.
